By using AI Image Generator, you agree to these Terms. We may modify these Terms at any time.
2. Service
We provide AI-powered image generation (text-to-image and image-to-image). Service availability is not guaranteed.
3. Accounts
Users must be 13+ years old. You're responsible for account security and all activities under your account.
4. Credits & Payment
- • Credits are required for image generation
- • Credits are non-refundable (see Refund Policy for exceptions)
- • Payments processed via secure third-party processors
- • Prices subject to change with notice
5. Prohibited Use
Do NOT generate:
- ✕ Illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- ✕ Adult/explicit content
- ✕ Violence or hate speech
- ✕ Copyright-infringing content
- ✕ Misleading deepfakes
Violations may result in account termination without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
You own your prompts. Generated images are licensed to you for personal/commercial use. You cannot claim exclusive copyright over AI-generated images.
7. Disclaimers
Service provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or indirect damages. Maximum liability limited to amount paid in past 12 months.
8. Termination
We may suspend/terminate accounts for violations. You may delete your account anytime. Unused credits are forfeited upon termination.
