4. Subscriptions & Billing
- • Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly basis
- • Subscription fees are charged in advance
- • Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the billing period
- • Prices may change with prior notice
5. Usage Limits
Each subscription plan includes usage limits (such as image generation credits).
Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period.
6. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content
You agree not to:
- ✕ Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
- ✕ Create, upload, or generate sexually explicit, pornographic, NSFW (Not Safe For Work), or adult content of any kind
- ✕ Generate content containing nudity, sexual acts, or sexually suggestive material
- ✕ Create content that depicts or promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
- ✕ Attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the service
- ✕ Use the service for unlawful purposes
⚠️ Important: We have zero tolerance for NSFW, pornographic, or sexually explicit content. Violations will result in immediate account termination without refund.
We reserve the right to terminate access for violations.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and trademarks are owned by AI Image Editor or its licensors.
You may not copy or redistribute the service without permission.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available."
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
